The true story of the DECEIVED emigrant! It sounds familiar and even boring! Surely, I am neither the first nor the last deceived emigrant. There have been such in the past and there are going to be more in the future. What actually makes my case specific and what is to attract your attention was what in fact attracted mine! This was the main reason why I believed the company that deceived me and made me pay in the money saved on their account! They presented me with their ‘Certificate of Incorporation’ from the Register of Companies in New Zealand over the Internet. This certificate was sent as evidence that I was dealing with serious companies acknowledged by the authorities in New Zealand. The aforementioned certificate is enclosed in the documentation, and as such is at your disposal. This very document was their principal argument that made me collaborate with them. The fact that they were acknowledged by the Government of New Zealand and its institutions as a guarantee of their truly ‘honest’ operation was the main reason I trusted them and paid in my money IN ADVANCE for an incompletely performed job. They ABUSE New Zealand official documents first, to obtain confidence from potential Emigrants and second-to steal money from me and other 229 deceived emigrants!

Therefore, I beseech all of you who are genuinely interested in my case to consider the enclosed documentation and judge what has really happened. Was I supposed to get over the whole thing and forget the money I have managed to save with difficulty or react in this manner for the purpose of preventing such dirty games in the future? I recommend that all the people who are considering immigration to New Zealand in a similar manner first get familiarized with my case and think very carefully prior to paying in advance their money before the completion of the service since the likelihood of losing their money is high.

In the course of December 2005 I had the opportunity of refunding my money, as you can see from the enclosed e-mails (Presently I perceived, that was a Fraud, too). Nevertheless, at no time did I have any suspicion that I could be deceived by a registered company with all the required certificates, and particularly not in a country such as New Zealand! I did not have any suspicions particularly due to the fact that New Zealand is ranked at the third place in the world in terms of the lowest level of existence of crime and corruption. Nevertheless, I made a huge mistake. Now, although I know there is no possibility of refunding my money, I would consider my error rectified if I manage to contribute to the prevention of such frauds in the future. I honestly hope that laws and institutions do exist in New Zealand that are to undertake appropriate actions so as to prevent these companies and individuals from manipulating oversees emigrants and their hopes and prospects of a better life in a country as magnificent as New Zealand, and moreover due to the fact that such activities compromise the reputation of your country.

My intention is by means of using the Internet to familiarize the whole world with my case, and in particular the potential emigrants and all the firms and institutions which deal with emigration.
